How much does shipping cost? When do orders have free shipping?

1. Within Germany
- 0 to 98€: 7,90 €
- From 99€: Free

2. Within Austria
- 0 to 98€: 15 €
- From 99€: Free

3. To Switzerland: 30 €

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

If you have created a customer account, you can check there at any time whether we have received your order. As soon as it is listed there, the order has been forwarded to us.

The order confirmation may have been saved in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder to make sure your order confirmation email has not ended up there.

It could also be that your email address was not entered correctly or that the ordering process was not completed.

How can I adjust or cancel an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order that has already been placed. In this case, we recommend that you simply cancel the order. After that, you can easily place a new order according to your wishes.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If this happens, simply refuse to accept the delivery by the postman and ask him to send the package back. Once we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price within 3 working days to the specified payment method.

Please contact us by email at if you would like to return an order. Please let us know your order number so that we can process your request more quickly.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

If you have received an item that is incorrect or damaged, please email us a photo of the item so that we can arrange a replacement shipment for you as quickly as possible.

As soon as you have received the replacement delivery, we ask you to confirm receipt of the goods. We will then send you a return label with which you can send the incorrect or damaged item back to us free of charge.

Regardless of the situation, we will assume the cost and risk of returning the item.

I want to return an item. What can I do?

You can return any unopened item to us within 30 days.

That means:
If an item does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us within 30 days without giving any reason.

Once we have received your return, we will refund you the full value of the goods.

Important: Please do not send any goods to our company address in Switzerland, as there is no shipping location there, which makes it impossible to assign the goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping or cash on delivery costs.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time for packages within Germany is 1-3 working days.
For packages to Austria the delivery time is 4-7 working days.
All orders are shipped with UPS.

Please note that shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.

Which products can be combined

Thanks to our unique HKS production method, all products can be combined with each other.

With Joachim Kaeser you don't need to worry about the perfect conditions for taking it, as every single ingredient is protected by the HKS process. This means that interactions and contraindications are completely ruled out.

What should I pay attention to when taking it?

To ensure the active ingredient is fully effective, we recommend that you keep a distance of 30 minutes from coffee, tea, milk, medication and alcohol.

Where do the products come from?

We have been producing our products in Germany for 37 years.

97% of our raw materials come from Europe because we want to avoid Asian raw materials as much as possible.

However, we do not want to do without frankincense, turmeric and black cumin oil, so we source these raw materials directly from India, Oman and Egypt. The reason for this is that the concentration of active ingredients is highest there.

Are the products vegan?

Yes, almost all of our products are vegan.

There are isolated exceptions, as we believe that in some cases this is essential to provide optimal support.

Can I open the capsules and stir them in water?

In most cases, the capsules can be opened and the contents can be taken without the capsule shell.

It is important to note that the contents should not be exposed to excessive heat as this may affect the effectiveness of the ingredients. Therefore, avoid stirring the capsule into warm drinks.

If you have difficulty swallowing, here is a tip:
Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head downwards (towards your stomach). Although it may be surprising, taking it this way can be made much easier.

How should I store the products?

Store in a cool (below 22 °C), dry place, protected from light and out of reach of small children.

Are the products suitable for pregnant women?

Individual needs vary during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so it is important to discuss these with a doctor. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor, as only he or she can make individual recommendations.
